We are sorry, but we currently do not have a system to retrieve your username. We are working on this!
For now, you can e-mail us your Secret Question and Secret Answer to adopt*@*sylverfox.net (remove the * symbols). Make sure you are using the same e-mail address as when registering your account!
We will then look into it and reply to you with your username.
You do NOT need to send us your password!
